RECEPTION INTERNTutored by the Registration Student Support Supervisor, the intern will study and apply customer care techniques in order to learn how to welcome the students, teachers, visiting professors and guests and develop the welcoming and professional spirit of our Academy which aims to create a student-centered environment within our Campus.The selected candidate will learn the following activities:Assure a welcome service to students, teachers, visiting professors and guests giving the pass and the general information about the Campus and all services and Units.Execute the distribution of the student badge.Execute the management of switchboard distributing the calls to Units request and identifies the correct subject to forward the call or request.Support the Registration office in the daily activities in ordinary administration (distributing keys to teachers and staff, supporting with the management of Reception and Certificate email
