What you will do Strategic Leadership Execute and assist in developingan integrated, strategic annualmarcomms planto align with the hotel's business objectives. Leadproactive and creativeprograms that identify and leverage unique, newsworthy opportunities to elevate the hotel'spresence. Public Relations & Media Management Build and maintain strongprofessional relationships with local, regional and international media and influencers to generate consistent coverage. Pitch targeted story ideas, organize media visits, coordinate interviews, and host familiarization trips to highlight the hotel's offerings. Ensure timely posting ofpress releases and story starters on the Four SeasonsPress Room Act as a strategic advisor on reputation management, monitoring public attitudes and managing issues or crisis communications. Owned Media Contribute to the curation of content that reflects our brand's DNA. Be involved in the management ofproperty social media channels, increasing follower engagement and elevating the brand's digitalpresence. Actively co-manage the hotel'sproprietary website, ensuring content is current, aligned with business goals and optimized for SEO. Collaborative Marketing Partner with F&B and Spa teams to design and executepromotional campaigns that support revenue objectives. Coordinate with third-party agencies, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and maximizing opportunities for exposure. Manage content for third-party platforms and partner websites to ensure accurate representation of the hotel. Content Creation & Image Management Maintain a comprehensive image library to ensure consistent, high-quality visual representation. Oversee photo and video shoots, ensuring alignment with brand standards. Community & Corporate Relations Lead community relations, CSR initiatives, and internal communications to strengthen the hotel's reputation as a valued community partner. Serve as a liaison with corporate communications teams, pitching stories and engaging in group-wide initiatives.
