Overview Join to apply for the Sales Engineer Nort East Italy role at Leybold .Your roleAs a Sales Engineer, your mission is to drive sales growth for our business by leveraging your technical expertise and understanding of customer needs. You will report to the Sales Manager and work closely with the engineering and product teams to ensure the successful implementation of sales strategies.Responsibilities Engage in face-to-face and remote sales to new customers, as well as cross/up/repeat sales to existing customers.Assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products, services, and/or solutions.Deliver sales presentations and conduct product demonstrations.Develop medium to long-term sales plans and prepare strategies to protect, grow, and diversify relationships with targeted customers.Ensure successful implementation of sales strategies by leveraging technical expertise and understanding of customer needs.Qualifications Degree in engineering / science or technical backgroundVery good level of Italian and EnglishMinimum 2-3 years field sales experience requiredKnowledge in vacuum technology preferredBasic IT knowledge (MS Office, SAP preferred)Availability to travelAbility to work autonomously and in a structured wayTeamwork spiritStrong communication skillsResident in Northest ItalyBenefits Culture of trust and accountabilityLifelong learning and career growthInnovation powered by peopleComprehensive compensation and benefitsHealth and well-beingJob location This role is fully remote, enabling you to work from anywhere within the region of Vicenza, Padova, Treviso, Venezia, Ferrara, while being associated with our customer center in Italy (IT).Contact information Talent Acquisition Team: Sandra StojisavljevicUniting curious mindsBehind every innovative solution, there are people working together to transform the future.
