We are thrilled to represent our client, a leading firm in the consulting sector, presently seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the position of Transfer Pricing Associate/Senior Associate.This is an excellent opportunity to advance your career with a robust financial consultancy practice, offering tailored training and growth prospects in a supportive environment.Work location: Milan.Role and ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement transfer pricing policies and related documentation, ensuring compliance with local and international tax laws.Execute complex financial analyses to establish, document, and defend the arm's length nature of intercompany transactions.Provide assistance in global transfer pricing planning, policy formulation, and strategy development.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to oversee and manage transfer pricing audits conducted by tax authorities.Prepare reports and presentations regarding transfer pricing matters for internal and external stakeholders, including senior management and external regulators.Key SkillsBachelor's degree in Economics or Law.2-5 years of transfer pricing related experience.In-depth knowledge of transfer pricing principles and regulations.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.Fluency in English.#J-*****-Ljbffr
