Italian Hospitality Collection | Full timeOBJECTIVE OF THIS ROLEThe Revenue & Distribution Trainee will work with the Director of Revenue & Distribution Strategy and the Revenue team to support in all the issues related to revenue strategies across all of the IHC hotels.He/She works closely with his/her revenue colleagues with other departments: the digital marketing and sales teams as well as the operations teams in each hotel.MANDATORY REQUIREMENTSListed below are the minimum mandatory requirements for candidates for this internship.Excellent skills in Excel and high-level presentation skills via PowerPoint or other tools.Native or fluent in Italian (written and spoken).Fluent in English (written and spoken).Must be EU Citizen or in possession of Italian work visa.SKILLS YOU WILL GAINListed below are some of the skills that you will acquire if you will be part of our team:Expertise of OTA's – Extranet, functionality, etc.Operational knowledge of RMSKnowledge of Rate Shopping softwareKnowledge of some of the PMS used in IHC: OnQ, Opera, ProtelPersonality and skillsHigh level of motivation, determination and commitmentExcellent analytical and numeric skills for fast data crunchingHighly goal-orientedGood listening skills and the ability to anticipate business needs.Able to develop relationships with 3rd parties and the hotel teams.Capacity to read situations, understand environments and respond accordingly#J-*****-Ljbffr
