Omnichannel & AI Business Specialist Join our team at Merck Healthcare and lead the digital ecosystem engaging Healthcare Professionals. Responsibilities Act as the key reference point for the digital ecosystem aimed at engaging Healthcare Professionals. Support the development of the digital channels strategy and the omnichannel action plans, ensuring alignment with brand goals and company engagement priorities. Manage and maintain key local platforms, including the HCP website, Marketing Automation tools, and Webinar platforms. Support Marketing teams in defining effective digital initiatives, collaborating on content localization (e.g., CLM, DEM), and managing third-party agencies for creativity and ad-hoc campaigns. Define digital Customer Engagement KPIs, analyze data to identify improvement opportunities and drive data-based decisions. Monitor and integrate Artificial Intelligence solutions and tools into our digital ecosystem, working closely with IT and Data Science teams to maximize personalization and business impact. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Economics, Engineering, or equivalent; a Master's degree in Digital Marketing is preferred. 2-3 years in a similar role, with experience in the pharmaceutical industry being a plus. Proven experience in managing projects involving AI and Machine Learning solutions; Global or Regional experience is preferable. Excellent knowledge of digital applications and solid experience in marketing strategy and tactical initiatives. Open-minded, with strong logical and analytical skills. Team-player with a proactive attitude, strong problem-solving abilities, and a project management mindset. Fluent in English and Italian.
