Service Technician PRO (m/f/d) Il Tecnico di assistenza si occupa dell'installazione, riparazione e manutenzione di tutti i prodotti Miele.Supporta nella risoluzione dei problemi collegati al loro utilizzo, fa consulenza e vendita per rispondere alle esigenze del cliente/consumatore e assicurandone la soddisfazione.Responsabilità Fornire informazioni ai consumatori sull'uso e la cura corretti dei prodotti Miele.Eseguire tempestivamente e accuratamente la risoluzione dei problemi, la diagnostica e le riparazioni.Vendere accessori, materiali di consumo, contratti e apparecchi.Mantenere aggiornate le conoscenze tecniche attraverso il regolare svolgimento di corsi di formazione.Segnalare i miglioramenti della qualità delle apparecchiature.Garantire il rispetto delle linee guida tecniche locali (ad es. test di sicurezza) e delle norme nell'attività quotidiana.Qualifiche Esperienza in ambito elettrico e/o tecnico.Conoscenza della lingua tedesca e italiana.Competenze richieste Capacità comunicative e di orientamento al cliente.Capacità di lavorare in autonomia e flessibilità.Capacità organizzative e di gestione delle priorità.Utilizzo del pacchetto Office.Patente B.
