Service Technician PRO (m/w/d) Der Servicetechniker ist verantwortlich für die Installation, Reparatur und Wartung aller Miele-Produkte.Er/sie unterstützt bei der Lösung von Problemen im Zusammenhang mit der Nutzung der Produkte, berät und verkauft, um die Bedürfnisse der Kunden/Verbraucher zu erfüllen und deren Zufriedenheit sicherzustellen.Aufgaben Information der Verbraucher über den richtigen Gebrauch und die Pflege der Miele-Produkte.Rechtzeitige und korrekte Fehlersuche, Diagnose und Reparaturen durchführen.Verkauf von Zubehör, Verbrauchsmaterial, Verträgen und Geräten.Halten Sie Ihr technisches Wissen durch regelmäßige Schulungen auf dem neuesten Stand.Melden Sie Verbesserungen der Gerätequalität.Sicherstellung der Einhaltung lokaler technischer Richtlinien (z.B. Sicherheitsprüfungen) und Normen im täglichen Betrieb.Qualifikationen Erfahrung im elektrischen und/oder technischen Bereich.Kenntnisse der deutschen und italienischen Sprache.Erforderliche Fähigkeiten Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Kundenorientierung.Fähigkeit zu selbstständigem und flexiblem Arbeiten.Organisationstalent und Fähigkeit, Prioritäten zu setzen.Nutzung des Office-Pakets.Führerschein der Klasse B.
