La tua nuova aziendaIl nostro cliente è una realtà industriale di trasformazione alimentare, leader nel proprio segmento di riferimento.Con l'obiettivo di rafforzare la struttura e stratificare la gestione dei due stabilimenti industriali, ci ha incaricati dell'individuazione della figura del nuovo Operations Manager.Il tuo nuovo ruoloA direttore riporto del COO avrai il presidio e il controllo delle attività che si svolgono all'interno dello stabilimento di trasformazione delle materie prime e garantisce che queste vengano svolte nel rispetto dellenecessitàproduttivo/commercializzazione, neitempie neimodi concordati ein conformità alleprocedureinterne e allenorme inmateria ambientale, di igiene e sicurezza.Sarai responsabile delle seguenti attività:Contribuisce alla predisposizione del budget annuale delle reparti di pertinenza garantendone il raggiungimento.Collaborazione con la programmazione della produzione, assicura una corretta gestione dei flussi produttivi garantisce la corretta esecuzione in qualità, quantità, tempi e costi previsti di tutte le attività di produzione programmate garantendogli indicidire sa produttiva definiti.Contribuisce alla produzione direport relativi reali reparti e alle attività di competenza (produzione, formulazione, confezionamento, manutenzione, utenze) e analizzarisultati di attività e consumi utenze, confrontandosi con il CDA.Si occupa della gestione del personale promuovendola formazione professionale e valutandone i risultati in ottica di fornire orientamento e il corretto supporto/coaching per lo sviluppo delle carriere.Gestisce entrambi gli stabilimenti e le attività produttive che vi si svolgono affinché avvengano secondo quanto previsto dalle normative in materia di ambiente, igiene e sicurezza e dalle procedure aziendali.Di cosa hai bisogno per aver successoIl candidato ideale è una figura che ha maturato un'esperienza in qualità di Direttore di Produzione e/o Operations Manager all'interno di stabilimenti produttivi industriali in ambito alimentare o in settori affini.E' una figura forte sulla pianificazione e sul controllo funzionale della supply chain, con esperienza in area trasformazione e Manufacturing.E' leader capace di influenzare positivamente la sua squadra con versatilità, intelligenza sociale ed emotiva e orientamento al risultato.Cosa avrai in cambioL'azienda può offrire un percorso manageriale concreto che in un futuro breve potrebbe portare ad un\'ulteriore prospettiva di incarico ed estensione delle responsabilità.Sarà un elemento decisivo per identificare nuove funzioni nel middle e senior management nevralgiche per l'organigramma aziendale, in collaborazione con il CDA.Cosa devi fare oraSe sei interessato a questa opportunità, clicca su "Candidarsi ora" per inviare una copia aggiornata del tuo CV.Se questa opportunità non è in linea con le tue aspettative, ma sei alla ricerca di un nuovo lavoro, visita il nostro sito Internet per scoprirne di nuove.Tipologia di lavoro: Tempo indeterminatoSettore: Industria e ProduzioneSede di lavoro: BolognaDivisione: EngineeringRif:Consulente di riferimentoIl ConsulenteIlenia Ciurlia, è il nostro esperto che gestisce questa opportunità di lavoro, con sede aBologna.Hays, Galleria Ugo Bassi, 1 - BolognaTelefono:#J-*****-Ljbffr
