AirswiftAirswift is an international workforce solutions provider with 9,000 contractors operating in over 70 countries.We specialize in the oil and gas, energy, mining, infrastructure and technology sectors, providing expertise across the entire project lifecycle.Document Controller – Mozambique LNG (Milan, Italy)We are looking for a committed Document Controller to support the Mozambique LNG project.The role is based in Milan, Italy, for a 12-month contract (renewable) with possible extension.Applicants must be Italian nationals or EU citizens (visa sponsorship not provided).Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure effective application of the Project Document Control processes, procedures, standards and tools.Deliver efficient, secure control of project information, including document capture, quality assessment, rejection, coding, updating, review routing and distribution.Maintain the integrity and completeness of project information in the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS).Ensure documentation and attributes comply with the Project Information Delivery Requirements specification and project schedule.Support activities associated with the information handover to Operations or other post-project recipients.Utilize and contribute to Project lessons learned in accordance with Company best practices.Respond to the Project team's information and document queries and status requests.Build strong working relationships with internal project discipline members and contractor document controllers.Assure integrity and accuracy of the Company and Contractor Master Document Registers.Maintain the Document Distribution Matrix(s).Interface with the Head Office Document Management Manager, other project location Document Controllers and the EDMS Administrator.Promote HSSE rules and the Company Ethics & Code of Conduct policy.Qualifications and Experience8+ years as a Document Controller, with at least 5 years in Oil & Gas.Professional experience from at least two different engineering or supplier document control roles, ideally operator based with full lifecycle experience.Experience managing Supplier Documentation, as-built documents and handover to Site and Operations.Proficiency with Electronic Document Management Systems, New Prodom, MS Office, Adobe Acrobat and scanning software.Fluent in English.Project OverviewThe Mozambique LNG Project began with the discovery of large natural gas reserves off the coast of northern Mozambique in ****.The project, operated by one of the world's largest LNG players, aims to provide sustainable, reliable, and cleaner energy.How to ApplyFor further information or to apply, contact Mariana Cortez at .#J-*****-Ljbffr
