Junior Key Account Manager Italy (m/w/d)Cosmo Beauty Brand House (CBBH) brings together some of Europe's most dynamic beauty brands, including NEONAIL.Our vision is to empower self-expression through innovative, high-quality beauty products that inspire confidence and creativity.As we continue expanding our international presence, we are looking for a Junior Key Account Manager – Italy to support the commercial development of our brands in the Italian market.You will be responsible for expanding and managing our distribution network in Italy, driving sales performance, and ensuring strong brand representation across key retail and online channels.TasksSupport the management and growth of key retail and e-commerce accounts in Italy, contributing to strong commercial resultsBuild and maintain long-term relationships with distributors, retail partners, and commercial stakeholdersPrepare and participate in annual negotiations on pricing, terms, assortment and promotional activities together with the Sales TeamContribute to the development of business plans for Italian partners and support their implementation across channelsTrack KPIs, analyse sales performance and provide insights to guide commercial decisionsCoordinate closely with marketing, product, logistics and e-commerce teams to ensure seamless execution in the Italian marketSupport the identification of new business opportunities and assist in market expansion initiativesHandle sales documentation, offer preparation and account reporting with accuracy and attention to detailRepresent CBBH at trade fairs, partner meetings and retailer events in Italy when requiredRequirementsMin 2 years of experience in Key Account Management or Sales within consumer goods, beauty, cosmetics or related product categoriesGood understanding of the Italian retail landscape (drugstores, perfumeries, beauty chains, e-commerce platforms)Solid communication and relationship-building skills, with growing confidence in negotiation settingsAnalytical mindset and ability to work with commercial KPIsComfortable working cross-functionally and internationally, with a hands-on and proactive approachStructured, reliable and solution-oriented working styleFluent Italian and English requiredBenefitsGrowth & Development : Opportunities for both personal and professional growth within a dynamic team, with the chance to make a meaningful impact and create real value.Dynamic Work Environment : Tackle new challenges every day, bring your ideas and expertise to the table, and contribute to an inclusive and diverse workplace.Hybrid Setup : Benefit from the flexibility of a hybrid working model, including the option to work from home.Exclusive Benefits : Enjoy special employee discounts, including the opportunity to test our cosmetic products and experience treatments from our in-house nail stylist.Convenient Perks : Choose between a company-sponsored BVG card , an Edenred card (for groceries, fuel, and more), or an Urban Sports Club membership —whatever suits your lifestyle best.#J-*****-Ljbffr
