ABOUT US:Our company :Founded in ****, TCL Electronics (HKSE *****), is a leading company for Consumer Electronics with ****** employees across 78 countries and is now ranked n°2 worldwide LCD TV supplier.TCL Electronics has developed specific expertise, promoting vertical integration, i.e. manufacturing of its LEDTVs from A to Z.We are official partner of the Italian National Football Team and Olympics.TCL's slogan or signature, « The Creative Life », sets the tone.Our strengths:Taste for challenge of all teamsHigh development ambitionsInternational outreachIndustrial vertical integrationEuropean HQ based in France, just a stone's throw from Paris (Issy les Moulineaux)For more information, kindly visit our website.Role Overview:We are looking for a motivatedRetail Visibility Specialistwho will be responsible for maximizing TCL's in-store presence and ensuring a premium brand experience at every retail touchpoint.This role focuses on executing visibility and merchandising strategies, monitoring in-store compliance, and supporting the retail team to drive product sell-out across all the categories.Core Responsibilities:Retail Execution & VisibilityEnsure consistent brand presentation and visibility across retail stores, following TCL's global and local guidelines.Oversee installation and maintenance of in-store displays, demo areas, and promotional materials.Conduct regular store visits to audit product display, visibility quality, and compliance with planograms.Identify and implement opportunities to enhance TCL's visibility versus competitors.Promotion & ActivationSupport the implementation of in-store campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.Coordinate with agencies, suppliers, and retail partners for the timely delivery and setup of POS materials.Ensure demo units are functioning properly and attractively displayed.CollaborationWork closely with Retail Sales, Marketing, and Field Force teams to ensure cohesive in-store execution.Train Field Force and store staff on TCL product presentation and brand standards.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Retail Management, or related field.2–4 years of experience in retail visibility, merchandising, or field operations (preferably in consumer electronics or home appliances).Strong understanding of retail dynamics, planogram execution, and visual merchandising principles.Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint);Fluent in Italian and good command of English.If you believe this sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.
