The role involves driving technical sales through identifying customer needs, presenting technical solutions, and providing technical support. Responsibilities include troubleshooting client issues, conducting research to understand client requirements and industry trends, and delivering effective communication to engage stakeholders. The position requires collaborating across departments to ensure customer satisfaction.QualificationsStrong Analytical Skills to evaluate technical requirements and develop solutionsEffective Communication skills, both verbal and written, for engaging with clients and internal teamsExperience in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to address client challenges effectivelyAbility to perform Research to understand market trends and customer demandsProven knowledge of electronics manufacturing processes and standards (e.g., IPC, UL, and ISO certifications)Proficiency with design tools such as SolidWorks and AltiumBachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, or a related field preferredPrevious experience in technical sales is highly beneficial
