Sales Manager

Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for developing and maintaining OEM cooperation with local flooring distributors, building material retailers and project purchasers, achieving annual sales targets and expanding market share.
2. Conduct market research on local flooring industry trends, customer demands and competitor dynamics, and provide targeted OEM product solutions to clients.
3. Negotiate OEM contracts with overseas clients, clarify product specifications, pricing, delivery terms and after-sales service clauses, and ensure smooth execution of cooperation projects.
4. Coordinate with internal production, logistics and quality control teams to ensure on-time delivery of OEM orders and compliance with international product standards (e.g., EU E0 certification).
5. Collect feedback from overseas clients on product quality and service, and put forward optimization suggestions to improve customer satisfaction and long-term cooperation stickiness.
Requirements:
1.Drive overseas retail sales and client partnerships. Requires 1-3 years of sales/business developement experience; home improvement/consumer goods/retail experience preferred, with independent/chain store experience a plus.
2.Use strong communication skills to build and maintain positive relationships with overseas retail store owners and staff.
3.Negotiate effectively with retail partners on key terms like booth locations and product display spaces.
Independently plan store visit routes and manage the assigned overseas regional territory to meet sales goals.
4.Collaborate with retail clients to resolve cooperation issues and optimize sales performance.
