Tubiflex S.p.A., part of the renowned Interpump Group, is looking for a motivatedCustomer Quality Specialistto join our Quality Department for aone-year maternity cover contract. We design and manufacture high-performance flexible hoses, expansion joints, and assembled manifolds using top-quality metallic and composite materials. Our products serve high-stakes sectors including aerospace, naval, railway, automotive, and industrial. If you are passionate about engineering excellence and ready to make an impact, this is your opportunity.What You'll Do·Provide clients with all documentation requested during the order phase.·Verify conformity of "special" parts in production upon requests from third parties and customers.·Issue Certificates of Conformity for materials and tests, resolving technical issues if needed.·Prepare PED, MED, and MIR documentation accurately and on time.·Manage visits from inspection authorities and product recertifications (Type Approval).·Draft aerospace FAI documentation.·Support the Quality Manager in preparing certifications (IATF *****:****, ISO ****:****, ISO EN ****:****) and managing non-conformities.Key Skills and Qualifications·Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related technical field preferred; candidates with a High School Diploma in a technical or industrial field (Mechanical, Electrical, Quality Control, etc.) and with relevant years of experience in the sector will also be considered.·Previous experience in a quality/customer documentation role is a plus.·Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.·Strong communication skills to interact with internal teams and external clients.·Proactive, collaborative, and capable of handling workload peaks efficiently.·Knowledge of quality standards (ISO ****, IATF *****, PED, etc.) is a plus.What We Offer·Contract Type: Fixed-term, one-year maternity cover.·Clear onboarding and support from an experienced Quality Manager.·Workplace based in Turin, Italy.
