Technical Account Manager – Full Time – ItalyLooking to combine technical expertise with business acumen in an international and dynamic environment?Join SII Italia and play a key role in the success of strategic projects for our clients.YOUR MISSIONS:As part of SII Italia's growth, we are strengthening our commercial and technical team by welcoming a Technical Account Manager.You will play a central role in the success of SII projects in Italy, combining technical skills, client relationship management, and business development.RESPONSIBILITIES:Business Development and Pre-Sales: Identify and qualify new business opportunities, participate in pre-sales sessions, support preparation and negotiation of commercial proposals.Client Interface: Understand technical and functional client needs, monitor KPIs, performance and quality of services delivered, present proposals during meetings and client sessions.Technical Coordination and Team Management: Collaborate with internal teams to prepare and oversee technical documentation and commercial proposals, manage and coordinate technical teams during RFP responses, identify risks, opportunities and areas for improvement in projects.QUALIFICATIONS:Strong technical and strategic expertise as Technical Lead, Team Leader, System Engineer or Project Manager (5+ years of experience).Ability to analyze complex RFI/RFPs and develop high-value technical-commercial proposals.Strong business sense, client relationship skills, combined with pragmatic project vision.Fluent English, both written and spoken.Natural leadership, proactivity, results-oriented mindset.A plus: experience in Software or System Engineering (development, integration, IVVQ...).BENEFITS & OPPORTUNITIES:Lead complex and strategic projects in collaboration with internal teams and clients.Develop and strengthen relationships with key accounts.Actively contribute to growth and strategic positioning of SII Italia.Manage and coordinate technical teams on large-scale projects.Drive innovation and operational excellence in an international environment.NEXT STEPS – LET'S TALK WITH OUR TALENT ACQUISITION PARTNERIf your profile is selected, our Talent Acquisition Partner will contact you to discuss your career and ambitions.We prefer to do this live#J-*****-Ljbffr
