Affiliate Marketing Sales And Partnerships Specialist

Grafton is looking for a Affiliate Marketing Sales and Partnership Specialist for a Media Company.Workplace: Chiasso, Switzerland.The current policy allows one day of remote work per week.The Affiliate Marketing Sales and Partnerships Specialist will be responsible for identifying, developing and managing business opportunities to sell our affiliate marketing packages.This role involves building strong relationships with potential clients, negotiating sales terms and ensuring customer satisfaction.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of affiliate marketing.Key Responsibilities Sales Strategy and Execution: Support the Head of Affiliation in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets for affiliate marketing packages.Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.Deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospects and existing clients.Performance Analysis and Reporting: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status and revenue forecasts.Use data-driven insights to refine sales strategies and optimize performance.Market Research and Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market demands.Provide strategic recommendations based on market insights.Additional Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain a strong relationship with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.Ensure high level of client satisfaction through regular follow-ups and excellent customer service.Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.Proactively reach out to clients periodically to offer new or updated packages, ensuring continuous engagement and sales opportunities.Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with the Head of Affiliation and Affiliate Marketing Specialists to align sales strategies with overall marketing goals.Collaborate with the Marketing and Communication team to develop effective marketing materials and sales collateral.Coordinate with the Content Editor to communicate Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) increases, ensuring that content strategies align with sales goals and profitability.Provide feedback from clients to the product development team to enhance package offerings.Qualifications At least 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably within the affiliate marketing industry.Strong understanding of affiliate marketing concepts and strategies.Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.Fluent in English, both written and spoken.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and take informed decisions.Self-motivated, goal-oriented and able to work independently.Comfortable to work with targets and meeting sales goals.Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Grafton è il brand globale che si occupa di Professional Recruitment di Gi Group Holding, la prima multinazionale italiana del lavoro e una tra le principali realtà che offrono servizi e consulenza HR a livello globale.L'offerta si intende rivolta a candidati ambosessi, nel rispetto del D.Lgs.n.******** e ss.mm.ii.e dei Decreti Legislativi n.215 e n.216 del **** sulle parità di trattamento.I candidati sono invitati a leggere l'informativa privacy ai sensi degli artt.13 e 14 del Reg.EU ******** al seguente indirizzo (Aut.
