Join to apply for theDigital Marketing Sales Manager – Global Accountsrole atGlobal Blue.At Global Blue we believe that enhancing the shopping experience drives performance.We lead the Tax Free Shopping, Payments and Post-Purchase markets with 35 million Tax Free Shopping transactions and more than 31 million payments worldwide.Over 47 million e-commerce shoppers use our solutions every year.Your roleAs a Digital Marketing Sales Manager, you'll track the shopping experience of over 13 million consumers buying more than 150 million items annually.You'll partner with the Global Sales team to introduce digital marketing solutions to key clients, driving repeat business and deepening relationships.Main duties and responsibilitiesProvide specialist support to the global sales team to launch our Digital Marketing solutions to key accounts.Act as a trusted advisor – consultative selling, delivering personalized insights and recommendations.Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and sales presentations.Work closely with the production team to ensure client campaigns are executed effectively.Track and report on sales performance, including leads, conversions and revenue.Conduct detailed market and consumer analysis to uncover opportunities and trends for clients.Oversee the full lifecycle of client initiatives – scope, plan, execute and analyse post-campaign results.Coordinate cross-functional teams (data, product, marketing) to align business and technical objectives.Build and nurture long-term client partnerships through proactive communication and strategic advice.Background and educationMinimum 5 years of digital marketing sales experience, preferably with luxury or fashion brands.Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets.Excellent verbal and written communication skills – able to explain complex concepts clearly.Proficiency with CRM software, sales tools and digital marketing platforms.Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field preferred but not mandatory.Strong consulting or account management experience – translating client needs into actionable solutions.Analytical mindset – interpret data and transform insights into strategy.Project management skills – manage multiple projects, prioritize and coordinate stakeholders.Self-starter – proactive, autonomous and aligned with company goals.Native or fully fluent English; professional-level French strongly preferred; additional languages a plus.Experience with luxury, fashion or premium brands is a strong advantage.Amenities and benefitsHybrid work flexibility.Hands-on learning in luxury retail, technology and data-driven marketing.Team-building activities, workshops and social events.#J-*****-Ljbffr
