Legal & Compliance ManagerOur client is a leading manufacturing and distribution company in the agrifood sector , committed to delivering high-quality products.We are currently seeking a Legal & Compliance Manager to lead the function and ensure that our client operates in full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.The role offers 1 day per week of smart workingDevelop and implement compliance policies and procedures in accordance with industry standards and legal requirements- Conduct regular audits to identify any potential compliance issues and develop strategies to address them- Keep up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations and ensure that the company is in compliance with them- Provide guidance and training to employees on compliance and data protection matters- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that compliance is integrated into all business processes- Review contracts and agreements to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements- Serve as the primary point of contact for all legal and compliance inquiries from internal and external stakeholders- Oversee the management of legal and compliance documentation, including contracts, policies , and procedures, 231 etc.- Work closely with external legal counsel when necessary- Monitor and report on compliance metrics to senior management- Conduct investigations into any reported compliance violations and recommend corrective actionsBachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a legal or compliance role in structured companies- Strong knowledge of laws and regulations related to contract manufacturing, such as FDA regulations and c GMP guidelines- Proven ability to develop and implement compliance programs- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously- Familiarity with contract review and negotiation- Knowledge of risk management principles- The compensation package is competitive and commensurate with experience; the position is offered at managerial level (quadro) and does not include a company car .If you are a highly motivated individual with a strong understanding of legal and compliance matters, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.******) to send their CV, specifying their consent to the processing of personal data (EU Regulation ********) and the reference to the advertisement.Sadhu as data controller guarantees and ensures at all times that your personal data is processed in accordance with the requirements of the EU Regulation ******** - GDPR - on data protection.Interested parties are invited - before sending their CV - to consult the privacy policy on For requests or deletion of your data you can write to
