Legal & Compliance ManagerOur client is a leading manufacturing and distribution company in the agrifood sector , committed to delivering high-quality products. We are currently seeking a Legal & Compliance Manager to lead the function and ensure that our client operates in full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.The role offers 1 day per week of smart workingDevelop and implement compliance policies and procedures in accordance with industry standards and legal requirementsConduct regular audits to identify any potential compliance issues and develop strategies to address themKeep up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations and ensure that the company is in compliance with themProvide guidance and training to employees on compliance and data protection mattersCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that compliance is integrated into all business processesReview contracts and agreements to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirementsServe as the primary point of contact for all legal and compliance inquiries from internal and external stakeholdersOversee the management of legal and compliance documentation, including contracts, policies , and procedures, 231 etc.Work closely with external legal counsel when necessaryMonitor and report on compliance metrics to senior managementConduct investigations into any reported compliance violations and recommend corrective actionsBachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in a legal or compliance role in structured companiesStrong knowledge of laws and regulations related to contract manufacturing, such as FDA regulations and c GMP guidelinesProven ability to develop and implement compliance programsAbility to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyFamiliarity with contract review and negotiationKnowledge of risk management principlesThe compensation package is competitive and commensurate with experience; the position is offered at managerial level (quadro) and does not include a company car .
