PEOPLE AND COMMUNICATION SPECIALISTIl/La People & Communication Specialist collabora con il team Risorse Umane nel garantire una comunicazione interna ed esterna efficace, coerente con i valori aziendali, che favorisca il benessere e l'engagement dei collaboratori, supportando al contempo lo sviluppo professionale delle persone.Il/La People & Communication Specialist, inserito/a all'interno del team Risorse Umane e alle dirette dipendenze del CPO Human Resource, si occuperà di:· Definire e implementare strategie comunicative in linea con i valori e gli obiettivi aziendali.· Proporre e coordinare iniziative volte a migliorare il benessere psicofisico dei collaboratori (work-life balance, programmi welfare, attività di ascolto, workshop, etc.).· Ideare e realizzare percorsi di sviluppo e carriera per i collaboratori oppure supportarne la comunicazione, affinché siano trasparenti e condivisi.· Produrre contenuti per sito web aziendale, blog, newsletter, comunicazioni email.· Gestire i canali social media, redigere comunicati stampa, creare video e materiale crossmediale.· Organizzare eventi interni ed esterni, curare le relazioni esterne (media relations) e le relazioni con stakeholder e fornitori esterni.· Monitorare l'efficacia delle attività di comunicazione e proporre azioni migliorative.· Laurea in Scienze della Comunicazione, Psicologia del Lavoro, Relazioni Pubbliche, Marketing, Risorse Umane, Sociologia o affini.· Esperienza nella creazione di contenuti digitali (testi, newsletter, social, video).· Sensibilità per i temi del benessere organizzativo, engagement e cultura aziendale.· Conoscenza dei principi di welfare aziendale, formazione e sviluppo.· Interesse per tematiche come diversità, inclusione, carriera e clima interno.· Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese.· Capacità di lavorare in team, gestione di progetti e relazioni con interlocutori interni ed esterni.· Proattività, organizzazione, spirito d'iniziativa e orientamento al risultato.· Disponibilità a brevi trasferte presso le sedi italiane ed estere.Prevediamo contratto a tempo indeterminato full time, inquadramento e pacchetto economico commisurati all'esperienza.La ricerca è rivolta a candidati di entrambi i sessi (L. ****** e L. ******), nel rispetto delle pari opportunità (D.Lgs. ********, D.Lgs. ******** e D.Lgs. ********).I candidati sono invitati a inviare il proprio CV aggiornato, completo di autorizzazione al trattamento dei dati personali ai sensi del D.Lgs.******** e del Regolamento UE ******** (GDPR).Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno, Tempo indeterminatoBenefit:Lavoro da casaMensa aziendaleOrario flessibile
