Partnership & Market Development ManagerSolomei AI is an innovative company at the intersection of technology and creativity, dedicated to building advanced AI-driven platforms that enhance human potential and redefine the boundaries of digital transformation.We are now seeking a talentedPartnership & Market Development Managerto join our team in Milan (On-site) and help accelerate our growth across international markets.Role OverviewThePartnership & Market Development Managerwill play a central role in shaping Solomei AI's expansion strategy.This position combines strategic vision and commercial instinct, focusing on identifying and developing strategic partnerships, exploring new market opportunities, and driving business growth.The ideal candidate bridges the worlds of business, technology, and innovation to strengthen Solomei AI's position in the global AI ecosystem.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute strategies to expand Solomei AI's market presence and partnerships.Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic alliances with technology partners, enterprises, and institutions.Analyze market trends and emerging opportunities to guide strategic decisions.Collaborate with internal teams to align commercial initiatives with company objectives.Represent Solomei AI at industry events, conferences, and meetings.Monitor partnership performance and ensure long-term value creation.QualificationsEducation:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Business, Management, or related fields.Experience:Minimum of 5 years in business development, partnerships, or market strategy—preferably in technology, SaaS, or innovation-driven industries.Skills:Strong business acumen and strategic mindset.Solid understanding of technology and AI trends.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Languages:Fluent in English and Italian (both required); a third language is highly appreciated.Mindset:Passion for innovation, entrepreneurial spirit, and the ability to connect vision with execution.
