Pardgroup SpA, società leader nei servizi integrati per il retail e la grande distribuzione, in ottica di ampliamento del proprio organico e per guidare lo sviluppo di una nuova Business Unit, ricerca una nuova figura di Market Development Manager - Promotional Products.La risorsa, a diretto riporto del General Manager, svolgerà le seguenti attività:Contribuire alla definizione e allo sviluppo di una nuova linea di business, identificando opportunità di mercato e strategie commerciali;Progettare e redigere il catalogo prodotti relativo alla nuova linea di business;Analizzare il mercato di riferimento al fine di identificare potenziali Clienti;Generare nuove opportunità di Business, coinvolgendo nuovi Clienti in partnership;Redigere e negoziare le offerte commerciali;Cooperare con i team dedicati di progettazione e produzione;Mantenere e consolidare nel tempo le partnership con i Clienti, tramite regolari momenti di follow-up.Il/la candidato/a ideale possiede i seguenti requisiti:Esperienza di almeno 8/10 anni maturata in un ruolo analogo;Forte orientamento al raggiungimento degli obiettivi, in termini di fatturato e margine;Buona conoscenza del settore del Merchandising e degli articoli promozionali;Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office, in particolare Excel;Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese;Disponibilità a trasferte sul territorio nazionale ed estero.Completano il profilo ottime doti comunicative e negoziali."Pardgroup SpA informa che la ricerca è rivolta ai candidati di ambo i sessi (L. 903/77 e L. 125/91).
