Cosa faraiEntrerai a far parte del team Innovation, Change & Digital Engagement, la practice che supporta grandi aziende nei percorsi di innovazione dei servizi, trasformazione digitale ed evoluzione dell'esperienza utente.Affiancato/a da designer e consulenti senior, contribuirai a progetti che coprono l'intero ciclo di innovazione:dalla ricerca sui comportamenti degli utenti, alla progettazione di servizi ed esperienze, fino alla realizzazione di concept, prototipi e soluzioni digitali.Opererai su progetti ad alto impatto strategico nei settori retail, telco, mobility, finance, energy e customer experience, collaborando con team multidisciplinari e stakeholder diversi.Nel tuo ruolo di Intern Service / UX Designer, supporterai il team nella progettazione di esperienze utili, coerenti e centrate sulle persone.??? Cosa imparerai / Attività principaliSupporto nell'analisi dei bisogni degli utenti e nella ricerca qualitativa (interviste, benchmark, desk research).Collaborazione alla progettazione di user journey, service blueprint, wireframe e prototipi.Contributo alla realizzazione di mockup e layout grafici per prodotti e servizi digitali.Affiancamento nella gestione di design system e linee guida visive.Partecipazione a test di usabilità e raccolta feedback per il miglioramento dell'esperienza.Collaborazione quotidiana con designer, developer, project manager e consulenti di change.?? Soft Skills & AttitudineInteresse per UX, Service Design e Human-Centered Design.Curiosità verso il mondo dell'Intelligenza Artificiale e delle tecnologie emergenti, con attenzione al loro utilizzo responsabile e orientato alle persone.Voglia di comprendere come AI e design possano lavorare insieme per creare esperienze più efficaci, inclusive e intelligenti.Curiosità, spirito critico e attitudine sperimentale.Buone capacità comunicative e predisposizione al lavoro in team.Approccio analitico ma anche creativo.Capacità di organizzare il proprio lavoro e rispettare le scadenze.?? Chi stiamo cercandoStudente/ssa o neolaureato/a in Design, Interaction Design, Service Design, Comunicazione Visiva o affini.Conoscenza di base dei principi di UX, UI, service design e accessibilità.Familiarità (anche accademica) con strumenti come Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop.Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.Portfolio (anche accademico o personale) gradito.??
