About this role We are looking for a Commercial Execution Specialist to support sales director.This role ensures effective implementation of commercial strategy by coordinating activities, monitoring performance, and acting as a link between Sales leadership, Field teams, and central functions to increase speed, quality, and consistency of sales execution in a dynamic, multi-brand environment.Key ResponsibilitiesTranslate sales strategy into actionable plans and track progress of commercial initiatives.Assist in preparing and following up on commercial decisions and related dossiers.Align with Area Managers, monitor activities progress in field, and gather market feedback.Track KPIs (sell-in, sell-out, targets, forecasts, stock, network performance), prepare reports, deliver analysis and support forecasting and planning.Coordinate with Marketing, Product, Sales Operations and Fleet & B2B for campaigns and launches, ensuring alignment between commercial priorities and central activities and information flow between HQ and field.Assist in new brand/model launches and go-to-market plans and execution.Optimize and standardize sales processes, improve tools and methodologies.QualificationsBachelor's degree in economics, Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.3+ years of experience in Sales, Sales Operations, Business Analysis, or similar roles, familiar with multi-brand automotive or complex retail contexts is preferred.Strong analytical and reporting skills; ability to interpret KPIs and performance data.Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems.Solid project management capabilities with strong prioritization and organizational skills.Structured, reliable, and autonomous execution-orientated approach to work.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Fluent in Italian and English both spoken and written.Problem-solving mindset and adaptability in dynamic environments.OMODA MotorsOMODA Motors is a new brand built by Chery Group, which is a leading Chinese automobile company.OMODA operates individually from other brands of Chery Group.Its business scope covers the R&D, production and sales of passenger cars.Chery MotorsSince founded, Chery has always taken adhering to technology-driven strategy, creating a vehicle brand with international competitiveness and influence as its corporate vision.Relying on the constant pursuit of technological innovation, Chery has become the first passenger vehicle enterprise in China to master the core technology of engine, gearbox, chassis, platform and new energy, and the first one in China to export vehicle, CKD parts, engine and vehicle manufacturing technology and equipment to overseas market.Chery has always focused on developing domestic and international markets.Chery has continuously deepened its globalization through the implementation of product strategy, localization strategy and talent strategy.After more than 20 years of development, Chery's sales and services network covers more than 80 countries and regions and has won the trust of 11 million consumers worldwide.Please send your CV in English.Please check the link for privacy notice:#J-*****-Ljbffr
