We are looking for a Commercial Execution Specialist to support the sales director.This role ensures effective implementation of commercial strategy by coordinating activities, monitoring performance, and acting as a link between Sales leadership, Field teams, and central functions to increase speed, quality, and consistency of sales execution in a dynamic, multi-brand environment.ResponsibilitiesTranslate sales strategy into actionable plans and track progress of commercial initiatives.Assist in preparing and following up on commercial decisions and related dossiers.Align with Area Managers to monitor activity progress in the field and gather market feedback.Track KPIs (sell-in, sell-out, targets, forecasts, stock, network performance), prepare reports, deliver analysis and support forecasting and planning.Coordinate with Marketing, Product, Sales Operations and Fleet & B2B for campaigns and launches, ensuring alignment between commercial priorities and central activities and information flow between HQ and field.Assist in new brand/model launches and go-to-market plans and execution.Optimize and standardise sales processes, improve tools and methodologies.QualificationsBachelor's degree in economics, management, industrial engineering, or related fields.3+ years of experience in sales, sales operations, business analysis, or similar roles, preferably in a multi-brand automotive or complex retail context.Strong analytical and reporting skills; ability to interpret KPIs and performance data.Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems.Solid project-management capabilities with strong prioritisation and organisational skills.Structured, reliable, and autonomous execution-orientated approach to work.Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.Fluent in Italian and English, both spoken and written.Problem-solving mindset and adaptability in dynamic environments.OMODA Motors is a new brand built by Chery Group, a leading Chinese automobile company.OMODA operates independently from other Chery Group brands and covers the R&D, production and sales of passenger cars.Chery has continuously expanded its domestic and international markets, with a sales and services network covering more than 80 countries and regions and a customer base of 11 million consumers worldwide.Please send your CV in English.For privacy notice, seeLocation: Milan, Lombardy, Italy.Salary: €1,******–€1,****** per month.Full-time position.Open to candidates who can start immediately.#J-*****-Ljbffr
