Join to apply for thePeople Business Partner Coordinatorrole atPepsiCoOverviewAre you interested in a career in Human Resources in PepsiCo?Are you passionate about People & Culture and driving employee experience into our organization?Then now is the time to explore the opportunities of PepsiCo: join us as the next Assistant People Business Partner.Working with inspiring and experienced colleagues, you'll find that the atmosphere in our office in Milan is informal and engaging.With an active, get-things-done culture, this is a place where your dynamism and agility will make a difference.Your mission: In this role you will be a member of our People team and work closely with People Managers and Associates.You will coordinate HR processes, lead initiatives on performance, culture & engagement, and act as point of reference for compliance, benefits, and the Time & Attendance system.ResponsibilitiesSupport the People Business Partner and local managers across key HR processes (People Planning, job evaluations, pay changes).Act as local contact for Talent Acquisition, helping to coordinate recruiting activities and internship programs.Assist in the delivery of Performance Management and Transformation initiatives.Coordinate onboarding and exit interviews, ensuring a smooth and positive employee experience.Support training, benefits administration (medical, transport, wellness), and vendor coordination.Help maintain and update HR policies, and assist with Compliance and related training activities.QualificationsOne year of professional experience in in a multinational company within the FMCG sector.Knowledge of Italian labour law and collective bargaining agreements (CCNL industria alimentare).A proactive, structured and collaborative mindset — someone who can take initiative and manage their own work.Strong communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail and problem-solving attitude.Fluency in Italian and English (Spanish is a plus).Good command of MS Office; familiarity with payroll or time management systems would be a nice plus.What makes us differentHybrid working model: combination of remote and collaborative office experience to enable innovationFlexible work scheduleVariety of benefits to support your physical, emotional and financial wellbeingProfessional growth possibilities & learning opportunitiesVolunteering opportunities to help external communitiesSpace to be you to promote our Diversity & Inclusion strategySeniority levelAssociateEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionBusiness Development and SalesIndustriesManufacturing and Food and Beverage Services#J-*****-Ljbffr
