Overview Come People Operations Coordinator sarai la spina dorsale operativa del team HR, garantendo contratti, presenze, note spese e compliance giuslavoristica tramite Factorial HR. Gestirai in prima persona la medicina del lavoro, supporterai i cicli di performance review e coordinerai la formazione, incluse le opportunità di finanziamento tramite fondi e bandi.Sarai garante di processi snelli, precisi e digitali.Principali Responsabilità Amministrazione HR Redigere contratti e lettere di assunzione, cessazione e variazione.Gestire presenze, note spese, ferie/permessi tramite HRIS aziendale.Preparare payroll input e interfacciarsi con il consulente paghe.People Operations & Compliance Gestione operativa di visite mediche, idoneità e scadenziari.Archiviazione documentale conforme al GDPR.Supporto ad aggiornamento e diffusione policy interne.Formazione & Finanziamenti Coordinare la formazione obbligatoria.Coordinare piani di formazione professionale, inclusa la formazione finanziata tramite fondi interprofessionali (es. Fondimpresa, Fondirigenti) in collaborazione con Grant.Gestire rendicontazione e monitorare ROI delle iniziative formative.Performance Review Supportare la Head of P&C nella calendarizzazione, raccolta dati e follow-up dei cicli di performance review.Seguire la gestione degli obiettivi durante il periodo di prova per i nuovi assunti.Reporting & Process Improvement Reportistica HR su costi, organico e compliance.Proporre miglioramenti di processi e digitalizzazione per il Team.Requisiti del Ruolo 2–4 anni in amministrazione del personale/HR Ops.Conoscenza CCNL Commercio e normativa HR.Precisione, affidabilità, riservatezza.Buon utilizzo suite Microsoft.Buon utilizzo HRIS/ATS (Factorial è un plus).Nice to have Esperienza nell'utilizzo di AI per miglioramento processi.Esperienza in welfare, formazione finanziata e strumenti HR analytics.Cosa offriamo Ruolo chiave per stabilità e crescita del team P&C di una start-up.Lavorare con un team giovane e dinamico.Smart working, welfare, formazione.Opportunità di crescita.#J-*****-Ljbffr
