Descrizione Del LavoroMister Lavaggio è azienda leader in Italia nelcar detailingelavaggio auto a domicilio e per concessionarie.Da anni rivoluzioniamo il modo di prendersi cura dell'auto, unendo innovazione, sostenibilità e tecnologia per offrire un servizio premium e smart in tutta Italia.Siamo in crescita e stiamo cercando una nuovarisorsa energica, flessibile e digitaleda inserire nel nostro team di supporto rete.La figura diventerà un punto di riferimento per i nostrioperatori, accompagnandoli passo dopo passo nella loro attività quotidiana e aiutandoli a migliorare le loro performance operative ed economiche.Allo stesso tempo, sarà la voce dell'azienda verso iclienti privati, garantendo un'esperienza di alto livello e una reputazione sempre eccellente del brand.Responsabilità principali:Supportare i washers nell'organizzazione e nello svolgimento delle loro attività operative;Monitorare la rete e intervenire proattivamente per prevenire criticità;Analizzare i dati operativi ed economici per guidare il miglioramento continuo;Curare la relazione con i clienti e raccogliere feedback;Collaborare con i diversi reparti interni per ottimizzare processi e comunicazione;Esperienza pregressa in ruoli di assistenza, customer service, customer success o gestione clienti;Padronanza in ambienti digitali e innovativi;Ottime capacità relazionali, spirito di squadra e mentalità orientata alla soluzione;Flessibilità e propensione a lavorare in team;Propensione all'analisi e alla definizione di strategie efficaci per individuare soluzioni alle diverse esigenze operative;Disponibilità a lavorare in sede;Inserimento in un team giovane, dinamico e in forte crescita;Formazione iniziale e supporto operativo continuo;Possibilità di crescita in un contesto tecnologico e innovativo;Contratto e retribuzione commisurati all'esperienza.Sede di lavoro: San Vito dei Normanni (BR).#J-*****-Ljbffr
