FRONT DESK SUPERVISOR Castelfalfi, situata nel cuore della Toscana, unisce storia, natura ed accoglienza autentica.Le Business Units che formano parte del progetto sono precisamente quella turistico-ricettiva nel segmento lusso, quella agricola ed infine quella di sviluppo abitativo-residenziale.Al centro del nostro progetto c'è l'ospitalità, curata in ogni dettaglio per offrire esperienze indimenticabili in un contesto unico.Nel ****, siamo stati premiati da Travel + Leisure come n.17 tra i 100 migliori hotel al mondo: un riconoscimento che celebra l'eleganza, il servizio e il profondo legame con il territorio che ci contraddistinguono.Far parte della squadra significa contribuire a un progetto d'eccellenza e condividere un'esperienza unica in una comunità appassionata, che cresce in armonia con il territorio.Se desideri far parte del nostro team, stiamo cercando un/a Front Desk Supervisor.Essere responsabile della gestione dei turni del Front Office, inclusa la guida e la formazione dei nuovi colleghi;Svolgere regolarmente i compiti di tutte le funzioni all'interno del Front Office come check-in, check-out, gestione delle carte di credito, gestione dei reclami, corrispondenza con i nostri ospiti, attività di relazione con gli ospiti;Essere il primo punto di contatto in termini di relazioni e servizi con gli ospiti;Essere presente al Front Office nei turni designati e supportare operativamente il Team;Essere un ambasciatore dell'hotel, impegnandosi attivamente sia con gli ospiti che con i colleghi;Diploma di scuola superiore o laurea;Esperienza di almeno 2 anni nella mansione in contesti di hospitality di lusso;La capacità di rimanere positivi e concentrati in un ambiente frenetico;Conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese.Contratto CCNL Turismo – Full TimeAccesso alla mensa aziendale anche nei giorni di riposoSoluzioni di housing allowance riconosciute, ove previsto, al personale proveniente da fuori zonaÈ richiesto il possesso del diritto legale di lavorare in Italia.La presente selezione è rivolta a candidati di entrambi i sessi, ai sensi del D.
