As a leading producer of High-Quality Chocolate, we offer a role with real responsibility in a collaborative environment driven by Dedication and Excellence.Join our success and support us as a Senior Regional EU Health & Safety Manager.What You'll DoSupport the development and global deployment of the Health & Safety Management System, adapting it to regional needs, governance requirements, KPIs and tools.Develop, review and validate technical safety standards, guidance documents and performance frameworks.Build and lead a regional stakeholder network to assess current practices, identify gaps and define future H&S requirements.Define regional competency, capacity and resource needs to ensure sustainable implementation of the H&S Management System.Coach and train leaders and teams on new standards, provide hands-on technical support, and drive continuous improvement in H&S performance.What You'll BringSeveral years of relevant experience in FMCG and/or manufacturing environments, with strong exposure to regional or global H&S systems.Proven expertise in one or more key H&S risk domains, plus experience deploying behavioural-based safety programs to support lasting cultural change.Strong interpersonal, coaching and relationship-building skills, with experience working across functions, cultures and matrix or decentralised organisations.High adaptability and a proactive mindset, ready to support programs from design to deployment.Willingness to travel regionally (approx. *****%).Fluency in English; additional languages (German, Italian or French) are an advantage.Why LindtAt Lindt & Sprüngli, you'll experience a Premium Brand that blends Tradition and Innovation.
