Project Manager Photovoltaic Plants Join to apply for this role at Jefferson Wells ItaliaThe EmployerThe company we are working with is a well-established international group operating in the energy sector, active in the development, construction, operation, and maintenance of complex energy infrastructure projects.With a strong focus on innovation, sustainability, and long-term investments, the group manages projects across multiple countries and works closely with industrial partners and public stakeholders.Project Manager Photovoltaic PlantsThe professional will be part of the Project Management division and will be responsible for managing complex energy and plant-related projects throughout their entire lifecycle, from development and execution to commissioning and final handover.Key ResponsibilitiesManagement and coordination of medium to high complexity projects, ensuring compliance with timelines, budgets, quality standards, and safety requirementsIndependent preparation of project plans covering both development and implementation phasesCoordination of permitting and authorization processes, including conditions, approvals, and technical and investment documentationSupervision of construction, commissioning, start-up, and final handover activitiesCoordination and supervision of contractors and subcontractors involved in project executionManagement of procurement processes and support in the selection of service providers and equipment suppliersPreparation, negotiation, and management of contracts with contractors, ensuring proper executionQualitative, quantitative, and schedule control of projects, including KPI monitoringEnsuring compliance with HSE regulations (health & safety, environmental protection, fire safety)Preparation of weekly, monthly, and annual project management reportsClose collaboration with internal departments and companies within the Kelag International divisionParticipation in the evaluation and development of new energy investments and projectsRequirementsDegree in Civil Engineering (preferred) or Electrical / Mechanical Engineering with solid on-site experienceFluency in written and spoken EnglishStrong project and people management skills, proactive mindset, and high level of responsibilityAbility to work independently and take initiativeWillingness to travel 1–2 days per weekSeniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionProject ManagementIndustriesServices for Renewable Energy, Electric Power Generation, and Electric Power Transmission, Control, and DistributionLocation: Udine, Friuli-Venezia Giulia, Italy#J-*****-Ljbffr
