Braincube is a global real-time process optimization company helping manufacturers improve operational performance through AI, advanced data capabilities, and deep industrial expertise.Our platform enables manufacturers to increase yield, improve quality, optimize energy usage, and enhance throughput, at scale and in real-time across complex, multi-site operations.The RoleAt Braincube, we work with complex industrial environments where insight, credibility, and judgment matter.This role is for someone who leads enterprise conversations, understands what drives operational performance, and values thoughtful execution.What you'll doDrive enterprise new customer acquisition and strategic expansion across assigned EMEA manufacturing accountsBuild and execute strategic account plans to expand footprint across plants, regions, and business unitsEngage senior stakeholders including COOs, CFO's, VPs of Operations, Plant Managers, Engineering leaders, Quality, and executive sponsorsTranslate operational challenges into quantified business cases tied to ROI and core manufacturing KPIsNavigate enterprise procurement, budgeting, and approval processes across EMEALead discovery focused on yield improvement, throughput, quality, energy efficiency, downtime reduction, and cost optimizationPosition Braincube as a strategic partner in enterprise manufacturing transformation initiativesClearly communicate measurable financial and operational impactOrchestrate internal resources including Customer Operations, Marketing, Product and Executive LeadershipMaintain strong CRM hygiene, pipeline discipline, and accurate forecastingRequired Qualifications10+ years of enterprise sales experience, with significant experience selling into manufacturing or industrial customersBachelor's degree requiredProven success closing large, complex enterprise deals with multiple decision-makersStrong understanding of manufacturing operations and OT/IT environmentsConsistent history of meeting or exceeding enterprise performance expectationsExecutive-level communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsPreferred ExperienceSelling industrial software, AI-driven solutions, or operational technology platformsExperience with multi-site or global manufacturing organizationsIndustry exposure to Food & Beverage, Oil & Gas, Life Sciences, Chemicals, Pulp & Paper, Mining, Building Materials, Discrete ManufacturingCompensation & On-Target Earnings (EMEA)€135,000 base salary plus variable compensationWhat We OfferComprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage - 100% employer paid25 days of paid time off (PTO)Braincube has been recognized by Gartner in the Magic QuadrantTM for Global Industrial IoT Platforms for five consecutive years **********).#J-*****-Ljbffr
