Welcome to Bosch.Job DescriptionWhat will you take care of?with this 6 months Digital Sales & Operations Internship, you will support the Automotive Aftermarket Sales Team in improving daily commercial and logistics activities through digital tools, data analysis and artificial intelligence.You will work in a dynamic sales environment, closely interacting with commercial, supply chain and operational stakeholders, with the goal of automating low value-added activities and enabling the team to focus on high value-added tasks.You will actively contribute to the digital evolution of sales and logistics processes, proposing new ideas and practical solutions.Support sales and logistics activities through data analysis and smart automation toolsDevelop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor commercial and operational KPIsUse AI-based tools to simplify repetitive tasks (e.g. reporting, data preparation, analysis)Collaborate with the team to identify process inefficiencies and propose improvement ideasAct as a bridge between business needs and digital solutionsCreate clear and effective visualizations for non-technical stakeholdersWork in an international environment, interacting with colleagues worldwideQualificationsWhat distinguishes you?Education: Master's student (or recent graduate) in Management Engineering, Digital Business, or similar fields with a strong interest in sales and business processesKnow-how & Skills:Basic knowledge of data analysis and digital toolsInterestin automation, AI and business intelligence (hands-on experience is a plus, not mandatory)Familiarity with tools suchas Microsoft Office, Power BI or similar and with programming languages suchas Python is an advantageBasic understandingof sales or supply chain processes is a plusPersonality & Soft SkillsStrong communication skills and ability to work in a teamProactive mindset: you don't just execute, you proposeCuriosity and willingness to learnPractical, problem-solving attitudeAbility to translate data into business insightsLanguages: Fluent Italian; Good knowledge of EnglishB2/C1Additional InformationWhat We Offer:Duration: 6 Months Full Time Internship (Curricular or Extracurricular);Internships foresee reimbursement at Bosch Italia, for undergraduate students or holders of a Bachelor's degree, a monthly allowance of €700 is provided, in addition to access to the company canteen. For candidates holding a Master's degree or an additional academic qualification, a monthly allowance of €900 is provided, together with access to the company canteen.The internship commencement date is expected to fall between early March and early April
