Engagement Manager, Advanced Analytics – IQVIA We are looking for an Engagement Manager, Advanced Analytics to lead high-impact projects, inspire and coordinate a talented team, and drive innovation across the Italian Consulting division.If you're passionate about data-driven strategy and eager to make a difference, this is your chance to take the lead in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Main ResponsibilitiesLead the development and delivery of value-added solutions addressing client needs in analytics projects (e.g., predictive analytics, forecasting models, customer segmentation, patient outcomes, marketing mix models) leveraging IQVIA's extensive databases and Pharma-related expertise.Translate advanced algorithms and techniques into actionable business insights and recommendations for Pharma clients.Demonstrate strong business acumen by ensuring that all analytical initiatives are strategically aligned with client objectives, delivering solutions that generate measurable impact and support data-driven decision-making across commercial and operational domains.Coordinate and collaborate with skilled teams to plan, organise and deliver timely, accurate, client focused work.Oversee client relationships and contract requirements, ensuring high-quality delivery and client satisfaction.Serve as the point of contact for the Italian Consulting Unit Innovation track, contributing to the development of GenAI methodologies and new offerings.Stay ahead of industry trends, especially in AI/ML, to continuously enhance our analytics offerings.Meet or exceed assigned revenue targets by developing and delivering insightful, value-added solutions that address complex client issues.Seek out and identify new revenue opportunities at existing and potential clients – ensure a continuous flow of business from client engagements, taking a leading role in proposal development to provide actionable, on-target and timely proposals.Serve as a solutions-based expert, internally and externally, by applying problem solving skills.Contribute to the enhanced awareness of IQVIA in the marketplace, e.g., through speaking engagements, client meetings, publications, etc.Team LeadershipAssume people-management responsibilities for more junior team members.Proactively mentor, coach, and serve as a "capabilities builder" for junior resources to elevate our capabilities to deliver world-class solutions for clients.Collaborate with peers on shaping organisational culture and creating an environment that supports career progression for all members of the team.Desired Qualifications and ExperienceMSc degree or PhD in Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Economics or Engineering with a strong record of academic achievement.8+ years of consulting work experience with a consulting firm and exposure to Advanced Analytics, Data Science and AI projects, preferably in the life science industry.Personal & Technical SkillsProficiency in both Italian and English (written and spoken).Deep knowledge of statistical analysis, probabilistic calculation, machine learning algorithms and techniques, and Cloud platforms (e.g., Azure).Deep knowledge with programming tools (MUST HAVE Python) and distributed computing programming systems (e.g., Spark).Strong communication and problem solving skills.Excellent execution skills.Ability to manage multiple projects, juggle priorities and deliver on tight deadlines.Possess exemplary business development skills.Work willingly and effectively with others in and across the organisation to accomplish team goals.Demonstrated strategic thinking, planning and change management skills.Excellent interpersonal and networking skills.Value people's opinions and encourages knowledge sharing.High level of energy, drive and enthusiasm.Strong client relationship and influencing skills.LocationMilan, Italy (hybrid)Seniority level: Mid-Senior levelEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: Business Development and SalesIndustry: Hospitals and Health CareIQVIA is a leading global provider of clinical research services, commercial insights and healthcare intelligence to the life sciences and healthcare industries.We create intelligent connections to accelerate the development and commercialization of innovative medical treatments to help improve patient outcomes and population health worldwide.Learn more at .#J-*****-Ljbffr
