Job Overview Location: Merl (LU) Payment: A competitive salary with additional benefitsLast updated: 09 January ****Department: Compliance & LegalContract: PermanentJob Requisition N°: *****ResponsibilitiesYou act as Luxembourg Grid Segment Compliance Officer and ensure overall compliance with applicable policies within the Encevo Group and the Creos EntitiesYou actively promote compliance awareness through communication channels and address compliance-related inquiries from various partiesYou drive and follow-up on the implementation of a compliance program for Creos Entities compromising at a minimum business ethics, conflict of interest, anti-corruption and anti-fraud, anti-money laundering, sanctions and embargosYou develop a suitable compliance training program for Creos Entities tailored to the different subjects and audiencesYou report regularly on compliance subjects to the CEO of Creos Luxembourg, the Creos Board of Directors, the Creos Management Committee and the Group Compliance OfficerYou ensure that adequate compliance control processes are in place, conduct compliance risk assessments and ensure the implementation and monitoring of related risk mitigations actionsYou address compliance issues and incidents and report them to the appropriate personsYou support the Group Internal Audit and Group Compliance in internal investigationsYou assist the Unbundling Compliance Officer with compliance issues specific to the operation of energy networkYour profileYou hold a university degree in Law or any related fieldYou have minimum 5 years of work experience in a similar positionYou bring expertise in compliance and risk managementYou demonstrate a high level of engagement with a strong sense of discretion and confidentialityCollaborative mindset with strong interpersonal and communication skillsYou have effective verbal and written communication skills in English, French and GermanWhat we offerThe opportunity to join a Group that actively shapes the energy transition in Luxembourg and the Greater RegionA multicultural and international working environment that encourages diversity and inclusionA competitive salary with additional benefits (e.g. pension plan, additional health insurance, meal vouchers, free parking, company restaurant, etc.)A significant stability of employment and the possibility to evolve within the GroupContinuous learning and development career path adapted to the needs of each employeeHybrid working mode with the possibility to work from home sometimes#J-*****-Ljbffr
