We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Growth Marketing Manager to lead the Marketing function and support business growth. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role plays a key role in defining and scaling the marketing strategy across multiple markets.

Responsibilities

- Define and implement Qapla's brand positioning strategy across Italy, Spain, and Europe- Optimize acquisition strategies across both inbound (Enterprise/Big Accounts) and self-service (SMB) channels, organic and paid- Lead and coordinate the marketing team consisting of 2 people (Marketing Specialist, SEO Strategist)- Manage external agencies for campaigns and other marketing activities- Build and optimize lead generation and nurturing funnels- Experiment with new channels, approaches, and technologies (AI, automation, agents)- Monitor KPIs, budgets, and ROI, delivering regular reports to managementRequirements:3–5+ years of experience in Growth Marketing / Marketing Manager roles, preferably within Saa S companies.

Experience

in the e Commerce sector. Fluent proficiency in Italian and English. Proven experience in defining and executing Go-To-Market strategies. Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and external agencies.

Solid knowledge of performance marketing platforms. Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (knowledge of Zoho, Hub Spot, and GA4 will be considered a plus). Advanced use of AI tools, agents, and workflow automation.
