Global CommEx and Capabilities Manager - TEMPORARY 2 days ago Be among the first 25 applicantsZambon is a multinational pharmaceutical and chemical company focused on innovation and development to improve people's health and patients' lives.Based on a valuable heritage but strongly focused on the future, its Vision is "Innovating cure and care to make patients' lives better".Zambon operates in the pharmaceutical and chemical business and is present in 20 countries with subsidiaries in three different Continents – Europe, America, and Asia – and over **** employees, with manufacturing units in Italy, Switzerland, France, China, and Brazil.Zambon products are commercialized in 84 countries.The company is working on treating specialties and rare diseases, such as Parkinson's disease and Cystic Fibrosis, and is well-established in 3 therapeutic areas: respiratory, pain, and women's care.The Role:For the Global Commercial Excellence function, we are looking for a temporary maternity leaving substitution.This role is responsible for driving sales force productivity and learning programs in alignment with company standards.It includes designing and deploying the Sales Force Interaction Guide across affiliates to ensure optimal go-to-market strategies and channel mix.The position collaborates with HR and local teams on incentive plans, ensuring strategic alignment and pay-for-performance, while defining and monitoring KPIs to improve efficiency and effectiveness.Acting as a business partner, the role translates strategic objectives into operational plans, supporting activities such as sales force sizing, promo grid definition, ROI analysis, and deployment planning.It requires strong data integration and reporting skills, leveraging internal and external sources and advanced tools like Power BI to enable data-driven decision-making and storytelling.Main Responsibilities of the role:Implementation of programs to guarantee sales force productivity and learning & development, in line with the Company Frames (It involves measurement of data from behaviors measurement, including in field coaching using dedicated tools and reporting)Sales Force Incentive plans, ensuring fit-to-strategy and payment for performance in each Sales Force Incentive PlanSales force deployment, for example: promo grid definition, sales force sizing and planning, carry over estimation, ROICoordination with local team for project management and KPIs monitoringCoordinates and supports all the internal and external company's functions involved in the implementation of sales force developmentBeing part of the Global Commercial Excellence network, facilitates and proactively manages best practice sharing across countries to evolve Go-To-Market and Channel Mix globallyWorking with sales and marketing management in the definition and implementation of a company-wide Customer oriented & Field Force Interaction guideUse Commercial Excellence processes and tools to regularly monitor Sales Force productivity and Efficacy to provide metrics and KPI's that provide value to Sales teams and Commercial Leadership (eg.
