You will support the brands in creating and executing their AI & Data product roadmaps and initiatives, driving the use of AI&ML in their products and supporting AI & Data product development. This role will act as the key liaison between the central group AI & Data function and the brands, driving collaboration, and enabling shared AI & Data value creation across the portfolio.Key Responsibilities:Product Innovation:Partner with brands to identify and develop innovative AI products, use cases and initiatives that create business valueShape the creation and execution of brand AI product roadmaps and drive AI product innovation to support brand growth priorities and group prioritiesStrategic AlignmentAct as a liaison between the brands and the group AI & Data function, serving as the single point of contact regarding AI & Data topicsCoordinate AI & Data initiatives and roadmaps between and across the brands and with the group AI & Data functionEnsure alignment of brand AI & Data initiatives with the group AI & Data strategy and priorities while respecting brand autonomy and growth pathTechnicalGuidance & SupportAct as a sounding board for the brand product teams as they build AI products, advising and guiding them and sharing your knowledge of AI & Data advancesSupport fast development of AI products and initiatives by coordinating access to the group AI & Data teams and resourcesAid in the due diligence process of prospective companies when appropriate, by vetting the feasibility and defensibility of their AI & ML-powered productsCommunication & GovernanceEnable communication flows between the brands and group AI & Data function, ensuring alignment on priorities and supporting rapid decision makingEnsure visibility into brand AI & Data activities, timelines, and risks with regular strategic briefings, presentations and updates for executive stakeholdersEnsure visibility of group AI & Data resources and initiatives within the brandsRequirements:7+ years of experience shipping AI & Data products to real end users and driving AI & Data product innovation, ideally within the SaaS spaceExperience shaping and managing product or AI & Data roadmaps in close collaboration with technical and commercial teamsStrong technical background in AI & Data and understanding of AI and Data's strategic business potential and how to translate it into product features and initiativesExceptional stakeholder management skills, with proven ability to manage and influence senior stakeholders in a matrixed environmentSkilled communicator, able to balance strategic alignment with local autonomy and business prioritiesComfortable operating at both strategic and technical levels, with the ability to zoom in and out seamlessly, and work across technical and business teamsStructured, analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex inputs into actionable directionExperience in post-merger integration or multi-brand strategy environments is a plus"Come as you are"Everyone is welcome here.Diversity & Inclusion are at our core.
