our inspiring journey.How you'll make an impact:Provides expertise and clinical insights on the device, procedure and protocol throughout the life cycle of the clinical investigation, both during procedures in the cathlab and before and after procedures.Responsible for certification of the centers, physicians and other related staffInteract with KOL and proctorsProvide education on all aspects of the device, device handling, implantation and troubleshooting techniques related to equipment, tools and products required for device implants.Develop and continuously improve training curriculum, training materials and training tools, based on clinical trial experience, EW guidelines and SOP.Business IntelligenceEducate and train physicians, hospital personnel and hospital staff on technical matters related to investigational products and procedures through conducting and/or coordinating one-on-one ad hoc training sessions and in-service structured education programs.Throughout commercial procedures, provide physicians and medical staff with required follow-up support to ensure continuity of education and technical support related to all aspects of patient outcome.Provide training and guidance to new Field Clinical SpecialistsPlan and implement growth strategies within focused accounts in partnership with the Sales and Sales ManagementValidate software and hardware updates in the field as applicableLearns the product(s), physiology, anatomy, applications and "language" of the market and Edwards LifesciencesFully monitor clinical support activities, changes in the market and assigned accounts, as well as competitive activity with the NSM and the appropriate Sales Specialist.Be part of the FCSs team, with high level of constructive collaboration and availability to travel within the Country in case of case coverage needsOther incidental dutiesWhat you'll need:A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related field with training experience in clinical / technical environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate with a variety of stakeholders.This position will require close collaboration with internal stakeholders as well as external physician partners.Demonstrated excellence in meeting customer/patient expectations.Effectiveness in understanding complex medical cases and resolving difficult situations.Ability to solve problems and set priorities.Self-motivation and willingness to make a difference in lives patients.Highly professional and ethical behavior while contributing to the overall success of the company.Adaptable and self-aware: you can adjust to the dynamics of a fast paced and sometimes high stress Cath lab / OR environment.Confident using of modern communication tools, MS Office and willingness to learn other software programs as needed.Proficiency in operating echocardiographic equipment (TEE, TTE, ICE) and analyzing echocardiographic images is strongly preferred.Strong aptitude for cardiac anatomy and physiology.Experience working in cardiac Cath lab and/or operation room.The position may require up to 80% travel (primarily in Italy and, on exceptions, in the EU)What else we environmentMust be able to work in a team environment, including inter-departmental teams and key contact representing the organization on contracts or projectsAbility to interact with senior internal
