Senior Quality Assurance Manager – Nadara (R )Join Nadara as a Senior Quality Assurance Manager to lead quality across the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) lifecycle for PV, Wind, BESS, and HV transformers/breakers from early design to operations.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and implement the Project Quality Plan (ISO **** / ISO *****), defining quality objectives, controls, and documentation from design to IFC.Support and apply the Project Quality Management System across engineering, procurement, manufacturing, construction, and commissioning of onshore assets.Lead multidisciplinary Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) control and approval.Define and manage supplier QA/QC requirements, including quality clauses in contracts, technical annexes, inspection criteria, and FAT/SAT provisions.Plan and coordinate factory audits, inspections, and FAT/SAT activities for critical equipment, managing non-conformities and corrective actions.Oversee site QA/QC, commissioning, and acceptance testing, ensuring compliance with contractual, regulatory, and grid requirements.Support supplier performance evaluation, quality KPIs monitoring, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.Contribute to quality standardization, digital tools, and lessons learned across the onshore project portfolio.Support the management of non-conformities before and during manufacturing, pre-shipment, delivery, and contract execution, ensuring timely resolution.Key RequirementsAt least 5 years previous experience in engineering and/or construction of renewable projects.Experience in PV, Wind, BESS, and HV Transformers within EPC execution.Knowledge of the renewable energy supply chain from mineral sources to final delivery.Deep knowledge of ISO **********; relevant IEC standards (e.g., IEC *****, IEC *****, IEC *****); proven execution of FAT/SAT, PAC/IAC/FAC, ITPs, NCR/root-cause and audit programs.Experience with complex supply chain control including global suppliers across Europe, Asia, and America.Approximately 4 years' experience in quality assurance and quality control, knowledge of LEAN methodologies and process mapping.Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Excellent English language skills.Willingness to travel to factories, corporate offices, and project sites.Pay and BenefitsAt Nadara, we're committed to creating an environment where our people feel valued, supported, and empowered to grow.Our rewards package reflects that commitment, including flexible ways of working, continuous learning and development opportunities, and initiatives focused on physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing.We recognise effort and dedication, and we match it with fair pay and meaningful benefits.Equality and EquityNadara is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer, deeply committed to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.Our hiring decisions are based solely on merit, skills, and potential, and pay is determined fairly.What We Expect From YouWe're looking for people who share our passion for making a difference: curious minds eager to learn, grow, and take ownership.Location: Milano – MartesanaTime Type: Full timeWorker Subtype: Regular#J-*****-Ljbffr
