Join fiskalyHelp Us Simplify Receipts for MillionsLocation: Vienna (Hybrid) Preferred; Remote options available in Germany, Spain, or Italy.Language requirements: English (C1+) and Polish (C1+) are mandatory.German, Italian, Spanish, or French are a plus.Experience requirements: 3+ years in Technical Support, Solutions Engineering, or API Integration.Employment type: Full-time under local labor law (no freelancing).Millions of people interact with fiskaly daily as a B2B company powering digital receipts and secure transactions.We help retailers in Italy go fully digital and eliminate the need for hardware like fiscal printers.By making receipts tamper-proof through digital signatures, we help fight tax fraud and offer paperless solutions that streamline operations.You will be the primary technical guide for customers integrating our E-Invoicing API.You will support our European customer base (Italy, Spain, France, Germany) and act as the key "Subject Matter Expert" for expansion into the Polish market, ensuring readiness for the KSeF mandate and seamless data transfer to tax authorities.What You'll DoGuide customer development teams through technical integration of our API across active markets, mapping internal data to standard formats like Peppol BIS, UBL, or FatturaPA.Test and support Polish integration flows (e.g., mapping to the FA(2) structure for KSeF) as we ramp up for Poland.Analyze and resolve complex validation errors, specifying exactly which field is missing or malformed.Help customers debug integrations using tools like Postman or cURL, providing actionable technical insights.Create developer-centric documentation, such as guides on "Handling Cross-Border VAT" and "How to authenticate with KSeF via fiskaly."Advise Product and Engineering on technical friction points to ensure product meets Polish market needs.What You BringTechnical fluency with REST APIs and deep understanding of JSON and XML formats.Proficiency with developer tools (Postman, cURL, log analysis tools).Domain knowledge in EDI, ERPs, or E-Invoicing standards (Peppol, XRechnung, FatturaPA); knowledge of the Polish KSeF system is a game-changer.Service mindset: patient, clear, capable of explaining validation errors to non-technical managers.AI mindset: preference for automating solutions and using tools to speed up work.Fluency in English and Polish; multilingual skills in German, Italian, Spanish, or French are a strong plus.What We OfferCollaborative team that supports growth, ownership, and learning.25 vacation days per year (adjusted per local labor laws).Flexible working hours and hybrid or remote setup (DE/ES/IT).Budget for personal and professional development.Hardware of your choice (Windows, Linux, or Mac).Company culture that values clarity, well-being, and quality work.Why Fiskaly?We work on real problems that have impact, not vanity projects.Our team is pragmatic, direct, and focused on building solid tech for an industry that needs it.We care about functionality more than presentation.#J-*****-Ljbffr
