Job Description:A Manufacturing Chief Engineer is required to lead all manufacturing activities within a program/project team, ensuring the successful launch and industrialization of Serial Life projects.This includes managing cross-functional teams, coordinating launch readiness, and ensuring product manufacturability, quality, cost, and timing objectives are met.The Manufacturing Chief Engineer will manage Process Project Leaders and ensure implementation of KPI standards.They will define transformation cost and coordinate with Production Way teams.The role requires readiness for X0 Phase management and slow builds defect detection.Required Skills:Graduate degree in engineering or related field3-5 years of experience in industrial environments
