Stellantis is a leading global mobility player guided by a clear mission: to provide freedom of movement for all through distinctive, appealing, affordable and sustainable mobility solutions.Our Company's strength lies in the breadth of our iconic brand portfolio, the diversity and passion of our 300,000 people, and our deep roots in the communities in which we operateWe are looking for a Manufacturing Chief Engineer – Serial LifeThe Manufacturing Chief Engineer (MCE) leads all manufacturing activities within the program/project team, ensuring the successful launch and industrialization of Serial Life projects (Mid Cycle Action, new propulsion systems).This includes managing cross-functional teams, coordinating launch readiness, and ensuring product manufacturability, quality, cost, and timing objectives are met.Reports to Master Plan Manager.Key Responsibilities- Manage Process Project Leaders and ensure implementation of KPI standards.- Define transformation cost and coordinate with Stellantis Production Way and plant excellence teams.- Ensure readiness for X0 Phase and manage slow builds and defect detection.- Implement action plans to meet project targets during plant landing and quality convergence.- Represent the plant in manufacturing teams and coordinate launch activities.Required Skills and Experience- Graduate degree in engineering or related field.- 3 to 5 years of experience in industrial environments.- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and technical scope.- Fluent in EnglishSkills and Competencies- Leadership, communication, adaptability, and problem-solving abilities.- Experience in project and program managementAt Stellantis, we assess candidates based on qualifications, merit and business needs.We welcome applications from people of all gender identities, age, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sexual orientation and disability.Diverse teams, will allow us to better meet the evolving needs of our customers and care for our future.By submitting your application, you are accepting our privacy notice:
