EMCO employs approximately 800 people at 4 production sites in Austria and Italy. We are currently looking for an experienced Sales Director Italy .Responsibilities Expansion of the Italian sales networkManagement of the sales team in ItalyResponsibility for sales and budgetReporting line: directly to the CSO of the EMCO GroupThe position is not tied to a specific locationRequirements Sales experience (preferably in the capital goods industry)Business management know-howIdeally, contacts to potential industrial customersGood English and/or German skillsYour strengths Strong results orientation and assertivenessWinning and motivating personalityLeadership skills and ability to integrateEntrepreneurial spirit and willingness to shapeUsed to setting prioritiesConstructive and open collaboration with all internal stakeholdersThe EMCO Group offers an experienced, strong sales personality an attractive management position, combined with performance-related compensation and a company car.Please send your application in English or German.#J-*****-Ljbffr
