Affiliate Manager, EU markets | Based in EuropeJoin Hostinger as an Affiliate Manager in Europe to expand and optimize our affiliate partner network across key European markets, including France, Italy, Belgium, the Netherlands, Switzerland, and Austria.Level: Mid-Senior level | Employment type: Full-time | Job function: Marketing and Sales | Industries: Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain and StorageResponsibilitiesIdentify, reach out to, and onboard new affiliate partners across Europe.Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key affiliates.Negotiate deals, set KPIs, and ensure continuous partner performance improvement.Explore new market opportunities and develop initiatives to grow Hostinger's visibility and revenue.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaigns and promotional activities.Monitor campaign data, analyze trends, and propose growth-oriented optimizations.Leverage automation and AI tools in daily work to increase efficiency and partner engagement.Qualifications3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or partnership management.Strong understanding of the European digital and affiliate landscape and knowledge of local affiliates (news, coupon, digital communities).Proven ability to build and grow affiliate network partnerships.Excellent negotiation and communication skills.Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.General proficiency in using AI and automation tools in daily workflows.Fluent in English and one additional European language of those markets (French, German, or Italian).Benefits for You
