Azienda Il nostro cliente è un noto Gruppo bancario con presenza capillare su tutto il territorio italiano.In ottica di potenziamento della direzione di Investment Banking, siamo alla ricerca di una figura senior da inserire su attività di Origination e Coverage di operazioni di finanza straordinaria.ResponsabilitàOrigination di opportunità di investment banking a partire dalle esigenze della rete commerciale e da analisi proattive di mercato;Valutazione e qualificazione delle richieste provenienti dalla rete, fungendo da filtro per la direzione di investment banking;Identificazione di potenziali operazioni e segnalazione delle opportunità alla rete affinché finalizzata ad attivare il contatto con l'imprenditore;Supporto alla rete nella fase di strutturazione iniziale dell'opportunità e nella raccolta delle informazioni preliminari;Coordinamento continuo tra rete e direzione di investment banking per garantire un efficace follow-up delle opportunità.RequisitiLaurea in discipline economiche o finanziarie;Esperienza professionale di almeno 5 anni maturata in ruoli di coverage e/o relationship management su operazioni di finanza straordinaria all'interno di contesti bancari;Solida esposizione a dinamiche di origination e sviluppo opportunità tramite reti commerciali;Capacità di lavorare come punto di raccordo tra strutture centrali e rete distributiva;Spiccato orientamento all'analisi, alla selezione delle opportunità e alla gestione delle priorità;Elevata riservatezza, autorevolezza e capacità relazionali.Cosa offriamoRuolo con forte esposizione sulla direzione di investment banking e rete commerciale.Contratto di assunzione a tempo indeterminato - CCNL Credito.
