Investment Banking Internship - WSO Global Talent ProgramOur Global Talent Program offers an unparalleled opportunity to gain hands-on experience and build a formidable resume through an immersive, 10-week virtual internship.We are activelyscreening thousands of top students globallyto identify future finance leaders.This highly selective program is offered inpartnership with leading boutique investment banksin key markets, includingthe US, UK, APAC, Europe, MENA markets.Only two students are selected per quarterfor this off-cycle, ongoing program, ensuring a focused and high-impact experience for our interns per geographic region.What You'll Gain:Intensive Financial Training (Weeks 1-2):The internship kicks off with two weeks of rigorous, in-house virtual training led by industry experts.You'll gain a strong foundation in core investment banking skills, including:3-Statement Financial ModelingDiscounted Cash Flow (DCF) AnalysisTrading Comparables (Comps)Precedent TransactionsAdvanced Excel & Power Point techniquesIndustry Research & Sourcing StrategiesReal-World Experience (Weeks 3-10):Following successful completion of the initial training and assessments, you'll be introduced to a Managing Director or Partner at one of our boutique investment bank partners.For the next eight weeks, you'll work directly on live projects, providing invaluable support with:Pitch Book DevelopmentValuation Analysis (Comps, DCFs)Financial ModelingSourcing & Due DiligenceIndustry and Company ResearchAnd other critical tasks to support ongoing deals.Mentorship & Feedback:Our partner firms are committed to providing a structured learning environment with a minimum of one 30-minute weekly call for deliverables, feedback, and guidance.This ensures you're actively engaged and continuously developing.This is an unpaid internship designed for high-potential students seeking practical experience and a significant resume boost.The value lies in the rigorous training, direct exposure to real investment banking work, and the mentorship from experienced professionals.Who We're Looking For:This program is ideal for highly motivated1st year and 2nd year students(not limited to) who are eager to get a head start in investment banking and build a compelling CV.We seek candidates who arehungry, quick learners, and committedto excelling in a fast-paced environment.How to Apply:Get your application in nowIf selected, you will be invited to complete a short assessment.Top candidates from this assessment will move forward to the intensive training phase.This is your chance to gain an unparalleled edge in your finance career.We look forward to reviewing your application
