OverviewScopo del RuoloSupportare il team tecnico e commerciale nella gestione dei rapporti con clienti e distributori, con un focus sulla fidelizzazione, sulla soddisfazione del cliente e sulla qualità del supporto tecnico.Il ruolo prevede una forte componente relazionale e comunicativa, sia interna che esterna, e include attività di assistenza tecnica diretta a clienti e distributori.Responsabilità PrincipaliFornire supporto tecnico di primo livello a clienti e distributori, collaborando con i team interni per la risoluzione di problematiche complesse.Gestire le comunicazioni tecniche con clienti e distributori, in lingua italiana e inglese.Mantenere rapporti costanti e proattivi con i clienti e distributori principali, assicurandosi che siano sempre aggiornati su prodotti, servizi e novità.Condurre indagini di Customer Satisfaction attraverso survey, interviste, e altri strumenti qualitativi / quantitativi.Analizzare i risultati delle indagini e proporre azioni correttive o migliorative.Redigere o aggiornare documentazione tecnica mancante o obsoleta (procedure tecniche, FAQ, guide rapide).Partecipare a fiere, visite clienti e trasferte tecniche, anche all'estero.Competenze RichiesteLaurea Triennale o Magistrale in ambito scientifico / tecnologicoOttima conoscenza dell'inglese (B2 o superiore); la conoscenza di una seconda lingua è un plus.Ottime capacità comunicative e relazionali.Attitudine al problem solving e al lavoro in team.Conoscenza di strumenti digitali (Office, strumenti digitali di base).Propensione a viaggiare per brevi periodi (entro settimana lavorativa)Esperienza0–3 anni di esperienza in ruoli tecnici o di customer support.Esperienze internazionali (studio o lavoro) sono considerate un valore aggiunto.Relazioni Interne ed EsterneInterfaccia con team tecnici, commerciali e di qualità.Contatto diretto con clienti, distributori e partner internazionali.Caratteristiche del candidatoLingue straniere E' richiesta la conoscenza delle seguenti lingueItaliano : madrelinguaInglese : buono (B2-C1)Titolo di studioLaurea (primo livello) Area disciplinare geo-biologico Classe di laurea Scienze e tecnologie per l\'ambiente e la natura (L-32, 27)Scienze geologiche (L-34, 16)Tipo candidatoLaureandoDisponibilitàDisponibilità al trasferimento: Non richiestaDisponibilità trasferimento all'estero: Non richiesta#J-*****-Ljbffr
