LHHRicerchiamo una persona per il ruolo di Senior Technical Sales Engineer con esperienza nella promozione e vendita di soluzioni tecnologiche complesse per la sicurezza fisica, l'ICT.La figura sarà responsabile della gestione tecnica delle opportunità, con focus su clienti industriali, edifici e strutture ad alta frequentazione.Il ruolo prevede un forte coinvolgimento nella fase di analisi tecnica, nella definizione delle soluzioni e nella gestione del ciclo di vendita, in sinergia con i team di prevendita e ingegneria.ResponsabilitàResponsabilità principali:Gestione del ciclo di vendita tecnico-commerciale: analisi esigenze, proposta, negoziazione e chiusuraPresentazione di soluzioni integrate: videosorveglianza, controllo accessi, anti-intrusione, networking, sistemi ICT e automazione degli edificiCollaborazione con progettisti e studi tecnici per l'integrazione delle soluzioni in fase di progettazioneSupporto tecnico alla redazione di offerte e capitolatiMonitoraggio del mercato e identificazione di nuove opportunità e sviluppo del business e acquisizione di nuovi clienti.ProfiloRequisiti:Laurea o diploma tecnico (ingegneria, elettronica, telecomunicazioni, meccanica, edile)Esperienza nella vendita di soluzioni tecnologiche in ambito sicurezza, ICT o impiantisticaConoscenza dei processi di progettazione edilizia e delle normative tecnicheOttime capacità relazionali e di negoziazioneFamiliarità con strumenti CRM e software di analisi datiDisponibilità a frequenti spostamenti in Veneto e trasferte occasionali in ItaliaCompetenze chiave: approccio tecnico-consulenziale, capacità di dialogo con progettisti, ingegneri e responsabili tecnici, orientamento al risultato e autonomia operativa, capacità di tradurre esigenze tecniche in soluzioni commercialiQuesta opportunità è ideale per professionisti con un solido background tecnico e una forte attitudine commerciale, interessati a operare in un contesto multidisciplinare, innovativo e orientato alla progettazione integrata.Settore: IngegneriaRuolo: Ingegneria/Progettazione
